The conspiracy theory-d is a shotgon with the range of a sniper rifle. This weapon has incredible stats for a shotgun, the same one that the felwinter's lie had, the same stats that will get you kill after kill in PVP. In addition to great stats, this weapon also has good perks if you aquire it through the story. The way you can get this weapon is by completing the Neverending Battle questline or through vendors, and it is completely worth it.
