The Helm of Saint-14 is an exotic type helmet that can be dropped from the crucible or through packages. It can also be obtained by getting drops after PVE strikes, etc. can also be purchased from Xür for 13 strange coins when available. It’s exotic perk is more specifically towards the Defender subclass for Titans. It blinds any opposing Guardian that enters the Defender bubble, which protects players who are inside the bubble from any firearm damage.
